Karin has extensive business, project, program and portfolio management experience, in General Business, Information and Communications Technology as well as Mining & Engineering business management. Karin has been actively involved in fulfilling different roles, including coaching and mentoring, as well as developing and presenting training various training programmes. Karin has assisted numerous organisations in defining their strategy, improving their operating model, and their people’s project management, leadership skills, business skills and competency levels over the past 20 years. Karin is Kirkpatrick Four Levels® Evaluation Trainer Certified (Bronze), PMP®, PMI-PBA® and PRINCE2® Practitioner certified.
