Project Scheduling Tips and Automated Progress Reporting in PPM Tools.
Presenter: Tony McManus PMP®
Thursday, 20th July 2017
Synopsis of Talk:
We regularly come across projects that are in trouble, and often, the cause is a poorly defined schedule. A schedule is a living document that should form the centre-piece of a Project Manager’s arsenal of tools and if done right makes accurate, objective reporting a breeze.
This will be a technical session, Tony will demonstrate some effective planning principles and how to use PPM tools to generate automated progress reports. The demonstration will be conducted using a PPM tool called Sciforma S7, but the techniques and benefits can be derived from ANY PPM tool with sufficient reporting flexibility.
