Nomination Guidlines

  • Completed nomination forms (Including bios and a photo) to be emailed to

Nominations2018@pmi.org.za

(NOTE: Only the Nomination committee have access to this inbox)

  • A separate email application is required for each position being applied for.
  • Should you wish to nominate a third party, please complete the contact details and position recommended with a motivation.
  • Nominations should be received by 23rd June 2018, 24:00 pm SA Time, applications received after that would not be considered.

 

Scheduling of Election Process

 

  • Nominations received back by 23rd June 2018, 24:00 pm SA Time
  • Nominations committee process nominations and recommendations sent to Board by 29th June 2018
  • Board to review candidates by 6th July 2018
  • Confirmation with all candidates who have qualified and are in the Ballot, by 12th July 2018
  • Electronic Ballot Administered by PMI runs for two weeks from 21st July until 3rd August 2018
  • The AGM is on the 16th August 2018 where successful candidates will be announced
  • The new Directors will be briefed and may be observers until their first Board meeting end of January 2019.
  • The new executive officers will be briefed and according to Bylaws section 2, shall take office on the first day of the month following their election.
