PMI:Next is the new PMI strategy launched in January 2024. PMI:Next is based on extensive market research and analysis of our internal capabilities that we did in 2023, with the objective to understand our strengths and where we can create the biggest impact as an organization.
- PMI:Next is guided by our purpose, based on a foundation of cultural values, and defined by answers to the key questions of any strategy: who we serve, where we play, and how we operate.
- We are focused on implementing PMI:NEXT, our unified purpose, strategy and culture, in collaboration with our Board of Directors, Senior Leadership Team, community, employee workstreams, and with the input of our profession.
- PMI:Next is strengthening our focus on current and aspiring Project Professionals and on delivering continuous learning and development, gold standard certifications and assisting tools based on community-vetted knowledge, in service of our purpose.
